“Own your mornings, elevate your life.” Have you heard of the 5am Club?  This is how Carlo Del Giudice starts his days, literally! 5am at the gym, 5 days a week. Invest in yourself first, then be present for those around you. The pay-offs are tremendous.

Just 6 months into the mortgage broker business, Carlo is well on track to meet and exceed the already ambitious goals set from the starting gate. These impressive targets speak not only of his confidence in his own abilities, but also of the reciprocal trust he has with his sphere, and the quality of leadership and support he knows he can count on from his Clear Trust team. On a direct level, he speaks of influence from Paul Occhiuto, Daniel Finkelberg and Miguel Oliviera all of who support and share a collective vision.

Take note folks: there is strength in numbers, and ambition is contagious.

Carlo emphasizes the importance of preparation. 7 years as a bank mobile mortgage specialist presented the opportunity for him to learn and build relationships, to develop a base from which to work and to recognize each interaction as an opportunity to earn clients’ trust. As he enters the next stage of mortgage brokering, Carlo has taken the time to plan. He recognizes the importance of preparation, as he invests time to get to know BDM’s and learn the vast array of lenders’ policies, while simultaneously building his blog to serve as resource to clients.

Family and friends are important to Carlo, as he speaks of his proudest moment- the birth of his 15 month old son, and a favourite activity -breaking bread with friends. On the business end, he offers this advice: “ Develop a base; be memorable, professional, and knowledgeable; always strive to do better; and keep the long game in mind. Trustworthiness is more beneficial than monies.”
